參加者聲明 Participant's Declaration

本人(參加者)同意:
I, the Participant, hereby declare and agree that:

1. 在參與活動期間接受大會職員及／或其指派之人員對參加者進行訪問註、錄音、攝影及錄像。 1.⁠ ⁠I consent to being interviewed, audio-recorded, photographed a
nd video-recorded by the Organizer and/or its authorized representatives during the event.

2. 明白及同意有關參加者的資料（包括一切訪問內容註、相片、錄音、錄像、姓名），可能會被主辦單位用作活動紀錄及宣傳之用。而有關的訪問內容註、相片、錄音、錄像、短片可能被上載／複製於不同平台（包括 主辦單位的網站、社交媒體及／或其他網站），或於公開場合或宣傳活動及／或大眾傳播媒介向公眾發放及／或播放，作為推廣主辦單位相關事務之用，而不作事先通知。
2.⁠ ⁠I understand and agree that my information, including my name, interview content, photographs, audio recordings, video recordings and video clips, may be used by the Organizer for event records and promotional purposes. Such materials may be published, uploaded, reproduced or broadcast on the Organizer's website, social media platforms, other websites, public venues, promotional events and/or other media without prior notice.

3.⁠ ⁠自願承擔參加活動、使用場地、器材或設施可能引致的損傷或疾病的風險，本人明確接受主辦單位毋須為此承擔責任。本人同意免除 主辦單位 及其代理人、服務人員和僱員的責任，不會因參加活動、使用場地、器材或設施而可能蒙受的損傷、疾病、死亡、遺失或傷害向 主辦單位 及其代理人、服務人員和僱員提出索償。此外，本人明白主辦單位 毋須負責在任何活動範圍或地點內個人財物遺失或被竊。
3.⁠ ⁠I voluntarily assume all risks of injury or illness arising from my participation in the event or use of the venue, equipment or facilities. I agree that the Organizer, its agents, staff and employees shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss or damage arising therefrom, and I waive any claim against them. I further acknowledge that the Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal property within the event venue or premises.
